Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience proposing various contract methods for the acquisition of major weapon systems/programs or other procurement actions of the organization 2) Experience managing a contract across the acquisition life cycle within Department of Defense. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-02/GS-11).
This position is part of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) Demo Project. DEVCOM AC is participating in an alternative personnel system known as the Personnel Management Demo Projection. The DE-03 pay band is equivalent to the GS-12 steps 1-10 levels and GS-13 steps 1-10 levels.
