Specialized Experience:One year of specialized experience which includes: utilizing various financial systems (such as GFEBS and GCSS-A) to initiate reports, perform research, analyze financial transactions or adjustments, or resolve financial data discrepancies; interpreting, applying, and providing guidance on regulations governing Financial Management and Accounting programs; gathering and analyzing financial program data to verify accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures; and maintaining, evaluating, or improving automated financial systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
